IMPORTANT: PARKING ON THE GRASS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. FINES BEGIN AT $500 FOR THE FIRST OFFENSE AND ESCALATE BY $250 FOR EACH SUBSEQUENT OFFENSE. YOUR UNIT WILL BE BILLED BACK FOR ANY NECESSARY REPAIRS TO THE COMMON AREAS CAUSED BY YOU OR YOUR TENANT PARKING VEHICLE(S) ON THE GRASS.
